Where are you based?

We’re based in the beautiful south Oxfordshire and you’re likely to find us in and around the county.


Do you plan destination weddings?

Weddings hosted within the UK is what we know and love to focus on. We can definitely help put you in touch with planners within the industry who solely plan destination weddings.


What style of wedding do you plan?

We focus on what you would love for your wedding, however, having said that our weddings are stylish, detail focused with a great and relaxed atmosphere for you and your guests.


What about marquees?

Absolutely! We love the great outdoors and love creating the perfect atmosphere within these spaces.


Do you have preferred suppliers that you work with? and do we have to use those suppliers?

We work with some of the best suppliers in the country. They are the most creative and inspiring suppliers in the industry. They also follow our ethos to create beautiful weddings. We are constantly striving for the best and love to meet new suppliers that match our standards, so if you already have a supplier in mind, please let us know. We would love to hear more!


How many weddings do you work on at any one time?

We dedicate hundreds of hours in designing and organising your wedding. We give them our entire attention which is why we only do very limited full planning weddings a year, so if you are thinking of getting married especially in the summer it is better to get in touch soon with us and book a consultation.


Are you free to meet up or talk in the evening or at weekends?

Absolutely! Evenings and weekends are the most popular times for our brides, we accommodate our time to yours, unless we have a wedding that weekend, but are always flexible.


Are there any additional fees we should know about?

Honesty is one of our core values. We don’t have any hidden fees. You will get a very detailed proposal after our initial consultation and we will have several meetings to keep you updated on the budget. We don’t add commission to any referrals.


Do you charge extra for travel and accommodation?

This will depend on where you are and also how elaborate the set up is and dismount of the installation. You will know this at the beginning of the process if you decide to work with us. You will be on board of every single step of your wedding, no surprises!


Can you fix your fee rather than charging a percentage?

Absolutely and if this is a route you’d prefer to take then please do let us know.


What are your payment terms?

They are subject to the type of service you want for your wedding.

For Wedding Planning and Design (full planning), there is a 40% initial deposit to secure the date and our services, followed by 40% no less than 90 days before, the third payment of 15% shall be paid 4 weeks before the event. The final payment of the balance is within 14 days after the wedding.

For Wedding Day Management payment of 100% is due in full at time of booking.

For consultation payment of 100% is due in full at time of booking


What happens if I can’t find the service I’m looking for?

We love to help no matter what. Get in touch and we can work this out together.


Do you plan parties or events?

Our focus is mainly weddings but who doesn’t love an excuse for a celebration! We would love to discuss this further with you.
